No. We are completely independent from every property you see listed here. We don't own them, we don't lease them, and we don't manage them. We're a local housing guide — our only job is helping you find the right place.
Is it free to use?
Yes, completely free for students. The apartment communities pay to be listed and marketed on our site. You never pay for anything.
What happens after I fill out a form?
Your information goes directly to the property you selected. You can expect to hear back within 24 hours. If you don't, reach out to us and we'll follow up for you.
Who sees my information when I fill out a form?
The property you selected, and our team so we can make sure you hear back promptly. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.

We're not your landlord and we have no authority over the apartment communities we list. That said, if you're not getting a response and need help figuring out next steps, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.
How do you keep listings up to date?

We stay in regular contact with the properties we feature and update listings as information changes. If something looks off to you, DM us and we'll check on it right away.
