COLLEGE TOWN at USF is a gated community comprised of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom student apartments, located approximately ½ mile from the USF campus. All units are Fully Furnished and include FREE Parking, High Speed Wi-Fi, In-Unit Laundry, Stainless Steel Appliances, and a 55” SMART TV in every living room. Amenities include: TWO resort style pools, a state of the art Gym, Business Center w/ FREE Printing, a Turf Dog Park, cafe with FREE Starbucks coffee & BEVI Sparkling Water, student lounge with billiards.

COLLEGE TOWN offers the most dynamic experience for USF students in a safe and secure community. Access to the property is only possible through our remote access entry system. All units also have their own unique keyless door locks. The property is monitored 7 days a week by a 3rd party Security Company as well as our property wide security camera system. Our leasing office safely receives all resident mail and we have a emergency maintenance team on site for any resident need.
