My personal favorite is located off Bruce B Downs, which is Sweet Fiends and they offer a variety of deals and specials for students. The cookies are huge and they also come with icecream, so you can make your very own dessert. They also have a long list of flavors, so they have a cookie for everyone.
Another student favorite is Insomnia cookies which are open pretty late, so it makes the perfect snack after going out. The warm delicious cookies can come in a variety of sizes where you can get a whole box of cookies. You can mix and match your different flavors, and they also offer student specials during the semester as well. My favorite flavor is snickerdoodle, it is a must try. Insomnia cookies is located right next to campus, off of Fowler Ave, so come grab your roommates and share a box of delicious cookies.

Another popular dessert shop near USF is The Peach Cobbler Factory, which is a great place for a late night sweet treat. The shop is open until 1 a.m., and is located across from campus on Fowler. They have almost every type of dessert that you can imagine from customizing your own belgian waffles, to making your own cobblers. You can basically create any type of dessert that you can possibly imagine. They offer different deals and you can make different boxes such as create your own customizable cookie box. This is the perfect spot if you want to study with a sweet treat.
