Although these suburbs may not offer as affordable housing as those places just near campus, there is plenty of entertainment surrounding the areas and they are well suited to growing families and graduates.


Overall, there are several benefits to living in apartments near USF. Housing is very affordable, there are plenty of accommodations, entertainment, convenience and even free transportation. The beaches, downtown, and malls are just a short commute away, and living in the heart of Tampa gives residents plenty of flexibility to move around throughout the Bay.
